多哈会谈未能达成限产协议导致周一油价下跌弓型卸扣

受该消息影响油价最初下跌，一些分析师称未能冻结产量可能抹去油价过去几个月来的涨幅。油价在前夜交易中下跌超过5%。

但其他市场观察人士说，由于全球产量下降以及需求继续增长，油价不太可能重探之前的低点。

另外，周日科威特的罢工使半数以上产量停产，也支撑了油价。

纽约商交所五月交割的轻质低硫原油期货结算价下跌58美分，至每桶39.78美元，跌幅1.4%，前夜交易中最低一度跌至37.61美元。欧洲ICE期货交易所的布伦特原油期货下跌19美分，至每桶42.91相架美元，跌幅0.4%，盘中一度跌至每桶40.10美元。

DJ Oil Slips After Output Deal Fails

Oil prices slid Monday after key producers failed to negotiate a curb on their output, but the market erased most of its losses on concerns about an oil-workers' strike in Kuwait.

Russia and members of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries failed to reach a deal at a涂料助剂 meeting Sunday in Doha, Qatar.

Oil prices initially slumped on the news, with some analysts saying that the failure to implement a freeze could undo the rally of the past few months. Prices fell more than 5% in overnight trading.

However, other market watchers said prices are unlikely to revisit their lows due to shrinking global production and continued growth in demand.

In addition, a strike on Sunday took more than half of开关电源 Kuwait's production offline, supporting prices.

Light, sweet crude for May delivery 喷粉设备settled down 58 cents, or 1.4%, to $39.78 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange, after falling as low as $37.61 a barrel in overnight trading. Brent, the global benchmark, fell 19 cents, or 0.4%, to $42.91 a barrel on ICE Futures Europe, up from as low as $40.10 a barrel.
